BILINGUAL (SPANISH) ONLY - Apartment Leasing Consultant Join our team as a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Agent and turn great tours into happy move-ins! The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced, Spanish-Speaking Apartment Leasing Specialists. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Interacting with prospective residents in English and Spanish
• Communicating the value and overall experience of living at the community
• Securing lease agreements
• Initiate the process to screen prospective residents
• Communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals
• Assists with property marketing activities and resident events

Required Qualifications

:

• Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
• Apartment software experience is a MUST.
• Valid I.D. Required
• Minimum 6 months experience in apartment leasing required.
• Bilingual - Spanish/English is required. Pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Luxury property, lease-up, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well!
