Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their trailer needs through active listening and engaging conversation
• Present product features, benefits, and specifications clearly to help customers make informed decisions
• Assist customers with selecting trailers that match their usage requirements and budget
• Demonstrate knowledge of trailer options, accessories, and financing options to enhance the sales process
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and ensure proper documentation of sales
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and trailer display areas
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within automotive or trailer industries
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly and confidently
• Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to engaging customers and building relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independence in daily tasks
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions and managing customer information
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their sales expertise while delivering outstanding customer service.
