About the Role

Are you an experienced tree service sales professional who knows the industry inside and out? Are you tired of low commission caps and ready to earn what you're actually worth? We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Tree Sales Representative to join our growing team. You'll get access to warm company leads, but the real upside is in your hands: we want a hunter who knows how to prospect, build local networks, or leverage an existing book of business to maximize earnings. With a competitive 10% to 20% commission rate on all sales , your income potential is entirely up to you. (Commissions-only position) What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close commercial and residential tree service accounts.
• Field Assessments: Conduct site visits to evaluate tree health, hazard risks, and client needs to provide accurate estimates.
• Build Your Pipeline: Actively hunt for new business through networking, cold outreach, door-knocking high-value neighborhoods, and local business partnerships.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with past and existing clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Follow-Through: Work closely with our production teams to ensure job scopes are clearly communicated and executed safely.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in tree care or arboriculture (Required).
• Self-Starter Mentality: Proven track record of generating your own leads and closing deals.
• Book of Business: An established network or existing client list is a major plus.
• Tree Knowledge: Solid understanding of tree identification, common diseases/pests, pruning techniques, and removal operations.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
