Company Overview

Air and Liquid Systems is a custom manufacturer specializing in air and liquid filtration equipment. Our customers include large-scale industrial facilities across the automotive, cabinetry, recreational vehicle, and food manufacturing industries. Most of our work involves one-off/prototype builds and short-run production, requiring precision, adaptability, and attention to detail. We are looking for a reliable, talented, career-minded team member and self- starter for a full-time position to manage and grow residual sales. Must be organized, detail and mechanically orientated with an ability to handle multiple assignments.

Compensation

& Growth

• From $54,000.00 per year Base. Commissions are added after 90 days, payable quarterly. Total Target

Compensation

(Base + Commissions) from $65,000.

• Development: Bi-annual performance reviews.
• Evaluation Period: Potential pay increase after 90 days based on performance. Job

Overview

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Order entry and order coordination between Inside Sales and the Production/Shipping Dept.
• Preparing quotes
• Purchasing and/or expediting residual purchases
• Maintaining inventory of stock products
• Writing of and/or amending procedures
• Manage shipments of equipment to our customers on time and in budget
• Obtaining freight rates for quotes and order requirements
• Preparing documents required for shipments including packing slips, bill of ladings, and export documents. Applicant minimum requirements:
• Minimum two years of college
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Adobe products.
• Professional oral and written business communication skills
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to work M-F, 8-5 pm
• Must pass background check and drug test. Beneficial to have:
• Experience and Application knowledge of Epicor ERP a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $54,000.00 per year
