Are you a licensed California Realtor looking to create additional income without giving up your real estate career? Many brokerages focus solely on buying and selling homes. At our brokerage, we believe successful agents should have multiple ways to build their business. That's why we actively support our agents in adding residential property management and HOA management to their real estate careers. Whether you're looking for more consistent monthly income between transactions or want to expand the services you offer your clients, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support to help you grow. What Makes This Opportunity Different Unlike many brokerages, we encourage our agents to build multiple revenue streams. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Manage residential rental properties
• Manage homeowner associations (HOAs)
• Continue selling real estate
• Build recurring monthly management income
• Grow your own portfolio while receiving company-generated opportunities Our brokerage invests in marketing to bring in new management clients, while also teaching you how to generate your own business through your existing network and relationships. This is not a salaried position and no specific income is guaranteed. Your earnings will depend on the business you develop and the management opportunities you secure. What We Provide

• Are an active California licensed real estate salesperson or broker

• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License (Required)
• Must reside in California
• Ability to attend occasional in-person training in Anaheim
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using technology and video meetings Preferred Locations We are especially interested in candidates located in:
• Orange County
• Riverside County
• Los Angeles County
• San Diego County Position Type Hybrid Mostly remote with periodic in-office training and meetings. If you're looking for a brokerage that believes agents should have more than one way to earn income, we'd love to hear from you. Pay: $1.00 - $80,000.00 per year
