This is an in-office position. Licenses and Farmers or Allstate sales experience required. Our agency is located in downtown Plano in walking distance to restaurants and bars. We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great sales opportunity. Great earnings with future long term career advancement is available. As a Sales Producer in our agency you will take inbound calls to quote and sell a wide range of insurance products specializing in home, auto, and life insurance. Requirements

• Famers or Allstate Insurance Sales Experience Required
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is
• required
