Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Tree Work Estimator to meet with customers, look at tree work, and provide quotes for jobs. This position does not require you to be a certified arborist, but previous tree service, landscaping, construction, or outdoor work experience is a plus. We are looking for someone who understands tree work, can communicate well with customers, and can represent the company professionally. Job

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to look at requested tree work
• Provide quotes for tree trimming, removals, stump grinding, cleanup, and related services
• Take photos, notes, and measurements when needed
• Clearly communicate job details to the office and crew
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Help schedule and coordinate approved jobs
• Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner

Requirements

• Tree service experience preferred, but not required
• Sales or estimating experience is a plus
• Must be dependable and organized
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be comfortable talking with customers
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work outdoors and look at job sites in different weather conditions
• Must be able to use a phone for photos, notes, texts, and scheduling communication Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this position is someone who has a good eye for outdoor/tree work, can explain things clearly to customers, and is comfortable quoting jobs. You do not need to be a certified arborist, but you should be willing to learn our process and follow company pricing and procedures. Schedule Full-time or part-time options may be available depending on experience and availability. Pay Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
