Duties

• Conduct direct outreach through warm calling and face-to-face interactions to generate new business opportunities.
• Present compelling product demonstrations and explain features tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques.
• Build rapport with prospective clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing questions or concerns effectively.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently.
• Negotiate terms with clients to secure agreements that benefit both parties while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to develop targeted marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
• Close sales by guiding prospects through the decision-making process, overcoming objections, and finalizing agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development with a focus on B2B (business-to-business) sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with technical sales experience and familiarity with sales automation technologies.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud and CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients over the phone or in person confidently.
• Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and call center operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently enhance sales processes.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Business development experience coupled with marketing knowledge to support outreach efforts.
