Duties

• Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, networking events, and community engagement to generate new leads and expand the customer base
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, understanding their needs to recommend appropriate insurance products such as health, property casualty, or commercial insurance solutions
• Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
• Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development or marketing strategies that enhance sales performance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives to promote insurance products effectively across various channels

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
• Knowledge of insurance products including property casualty insurance, commercial insurance, and familiarity with insurance regulation standards
• Prior experience in insurance sales required
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed

Compensation
