• Flexible working hours Sell heating and air conditioning products to individual homeowners and light commercial businesses. Listen to the needs of customers, work with them to determine the best new equipment to meet their needs, and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales and company goals.

Responsibilities

:

• Perform in-home sales demos.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, and other required meetings or training sessions.
• Design Consultants must be available by phone from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm daily.
• Establish a good rapport with customers to sell the right products and services.
• Help homeowners get financing approved and talk to them about their budget.
• Look for ways to save customers money and stand out by offering different options.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete and can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Get referrals from customers you've worked with.
• Keep in touch with all customers, old and new, to maintain good relationships. Preferred:
• Must have at least three years of experience selling residential HVAC systems
• Must have a proven track record of generating $150K in sales per month
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
