Sales Associate, Fine Jewelry Location: 503 Unit 1115 Avenue A, San Antonio, TX 78212 Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation

We are one of the few crystal and fine jewelry boutiques in the United States owned and operated by a GIA Graduate Gemologist. Our expertise is built on formal education from the Gemological Institute of America and nearly 50 years of experience passed down from a second generation jeweler and jewelry designer. Our customers come to us because they trust our knowledge, our carefully curated collections, and the exceptional experience we provide. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for motivated, professional, and sales driven individuals who are ready to build a long term career in the jewelry industry. What You'll Do

• Create an exceptional customer experience from the moment each guest walks through the door
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Drive sales through genuine conversations, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Learn about gemstones, crystals, fine jewelry, and designer collections to confidently educate customers
• Accurately process sales, special orders, and customer transactions
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and fully stocked showroom
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and daily store operations
• Work as part of a high energy team focused on delivering outstanding results What We're Looking For
• One to two years of jewelry or luxury retail sales experience preferred
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• A polished, professional, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy periods
• Eagerness to learn about gemstones, crystals, and fine jewelry
