Clean Eatz is hiring a Front-of-House Team Member! Energetic, Outgoing, FUN! Our Front-of-House Team helps educate our customers about our Meal Plan and Grab N' Go Meals, ring out Cafe orders, make smoothies, and support our Meal Plan Teams as-needed. This is a great position for an extroverted individual who enjoys customer interaction. Hours can vary based on the opening, but we have daytime Team Members (10a-4 p) and evening Team Members (4 p - 8 p) as well as weekend shifts (10 a - 3:30 p). We can create shorter or longer day shifts for the right candidate, and you are paid weekly! Sundays will be required for a leader position, as they are our busiest day. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet customers entering and leaving the cafe and assist them with their shopping as needed.
• Checking out customers and fostering these relationships as we have repeat guests week after week!
• Provide exceptional customer service!
• Educating guests on our Meal Plan offerings and understanding the difference between our Meal Plan, Grab N' Go, and Caf offerings :)
• Making smoothies, serving food, and supporting our Meal Plan Team as needed.
• Performing all duties to maximize guest satisfaction. KEY PERFORMANCE ELEMENTS /ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : AM shifts, approximately 10-3:30. PM shifts, 3:30-8. Seeking a new tram member for the AM to work about 25 - 30 hours a week, and grow into a leadership role with us; this could include attending marketing events, working vendor table, helping with inventory counts and ordering, customer relations, social media fun, and more.
• Reports to work well groomed, and at all times practices good personal hygiene.
• Uses, maintains, & cleans all equipment, plus prep and storage areas, if applicable.
• Has sufficient knowledge of menu items and prep procedures.
• Ensures a harassment free environment through proper personal conduct.
• Upholds food safety and security standards at all times.
• Complete other job duties. KEY COMPETENCIES /CHARACTERISTICS :
• Able to remain positive and calm under stressful conditions.
• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely.
• Exhibits neat, clean and professional image at all times.
