Overview

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Specialist (On-Site) who wants more than just a jobyou want a clear path to grow. In this role, you'll represent our agency face-to-face, build trust quickly, and guide customers through needs-based conversations to match them with the right coverage. If you bring the drive, we'll provide the training, coaching, and support to help you succeed: top-performing Sales Specialists routinely earn $100,000+ per year with strong commission and bonus potential, plus meaningful flexibility. And for the right person, this role can be a launchpadmany high performers go on to become licensed agents and, over time, earn the opportunity to open their own agency , where agents can earn well over $200,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote, present, and close new policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and/or Commercial)
• Track follow-ups and activity in our CRM
• Support retention through policy reviews and coverage updates
• Maintain compliance and required documentation Experience
• Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based sales
• Goal-oriented, coachable , and consistent follow-through
• Ability to learn products and explain coverage clearly
• Licensing: P&C; and/or Life/Health license required or ability to obtain before start date Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
