The Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency is hiring a Sales & Retention Specialist to follow up on warm leads, cross-sell to current clients, and keep business flowing consistently. This isn't a sit-back customer service role. You'll be actively working leads, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue every day with the opportunity to earn more based on your results. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Comfortable speaking with clients (phone, text, in person)
• Motivated by performance and earning potential
• Consistent with follow-up and daily activity
• Coachable and open to learning a proven sales process
• Organized and able to manage leads and tasks
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual is a plus(not required)
