Account Executive Medical Sales Location: Mount Airy, MD Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday Base Salary: $45,000$70,000 annually (based on experience) Bonus: Earn an additional 3%6% commission on closed sales , depending on performance and product mix.

Position Summary

As an Account Executive, you will work directly with prospective patients who have already expressed interest in our services. Your primary responsibility is to educate patients, answer questions, build trust, and guide them through the decision-making process for our advanced treatment options, including regenerative therapies, body contouring, and neuropathy care. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to consistently exceed sales goals while providing an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Sell

• Regenerative exosome therapies
• Emsculpt Neo body contouring and muscle-building treatments
• Neuropathy treatment programs

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with qualified inbound leads.
• Conduct phone and in-person consultations with prospective patients.
• Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, pricing, and financing options.
• Build rapport and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Follow up with prospective patients to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing product education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, or patient coordination.
• Medical, aesthetics, wellness, or healthcare sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and treatment plans.
• Experience using CRM or EMR systems is preferred.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
