Position Summary

Staybridge Suites is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Director of Sales to lead all sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing hotel revenue through corporate, group, extended-stay, and local business accounts while building strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Prospect and secure new corporate, group, government, and extended-stay accounts.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
• Conduct hotel site tours and sales presentations.
• Manage RFPs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate group business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work closely with the General Manager and Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and ADR.
• Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience; IHG experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Ability to meet revenue goals and work independently.
