About us Tresor is a family owned small business in San Antonio, Texas. We have a great and very well known reputation for our Museum quality minerals, crystals, fossils, and our handcrafted designer jewelry. Our sales team is very knowledgable and are a team effort when it comes to providing the best service to our clientele. The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for our ambitious and hungry sales team. A successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for nature's art and must be a leader as well as a team player. This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-motivated individual who would love to grow with us.

Responsibilities

:

• Maintain clientele for a long term relationship
• Upselling is a key factor
• Holding conversation and greeting customers
• Make sure every customer is assisted
• Experience with Jewelry, Fossils, Minerals, Geodes
• Previous Experience in a Gallery/ Jewelry Store
• Create and maintain an art gallery inventory.
• Be available to discuss inventory with visitors.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clientele.
• Resposible for displaying, special orders, and restocking
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Respond and act on customer feedback to the
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

• You can make great money in this position with lots of opportunity on commision (HIGH TICKET ITEMS)
