Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers will be key in driving sales and promoting our products.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest.
• Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy, striving for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to sell products through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries or appointment scheduling.
