Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and dealership visits, to generate new business opportunities in automotive sales.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, features, and benefits to effectively present our vehicles to diverse clientele.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, personalized consultations, and ongoing support throughout the sales process.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progressions efficiently.
• Negotiate terms with individual customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
• Promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with sales team members and management to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market reach.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively in retail environments.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities, to confidently present products and negotiate deals.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously within a structured sales pipeline.
• Experience in dealership operations or automotive retail sales will be considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team focused on achieving sales targets.
