A lot of new life insurance agents don't make it past their first year. It's usually not because they can't sell or communicate. It's because most companies give them a license and then leave them on their own with no real guidance. We don't operate that way. Our team trains with you, sits in real appointments with you, and gives you the kind of support that actually helps you build an insurance practice. What you'll be doing You'll meet with clients either virtually or in person. You'll walk through simple, needsbased insurance conversations using a clear appointment process. You'll build and manage your own pipeline, stay consistent with followups, complete applications, and join weekly development sessions. During training, you'll sit in joint appointments with experienced advisors so you can learn the process in real time. Qualifications

One year or more of commissionbased sales experience. Ability to build and manage a pipeline. Life and Health license or willingness to obtain one. Strong communication skills. Professional, driven, and coachable. Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
