You'll receive hands-on training in professional development, direct sales, marketing, business operations, and leadership while learning how to build and lead a high-performing sales organization. • Develop personnel management experience Phase 4 Market Director (36 Months) Top performers will have the opportunity to earn promotion into a Market Director role. As a Market Director, you'll be responsible for:
• Managing an entire AT&T; sales market
• Hiring, training, and developing personnel
• Building and leading high-performing sales teams
• Creating market growth strategies
• Driving customer acquisition goals
• Coaching managers and sales professionals
• Maintaining operational excellence
• Growing revenue and expanding market share Upon successful completion of the Management Training Program and promotion to Market Director, you'll transition from an employee focused solely on personal production to a leader responsible for the overall success of your market. Market Directors receive a performance-based share of their market's revenue, directly rewarding their ability to build successful teams, drive sales growth, and develop future leaders. Successful Market Directors typically earn between $130,000 and $260,000+ annually, based on market performance, team production, and overall business results. We're Looking For People Who Are
