What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective homebuyers and guide them through the home-buying process
• Present manufactured homes and community options
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Work with lenders, builders, and internal team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven success selling high-ticket items such as automobiles, RVs, real estate, boats, furniture, luxury retail, home improvement, or similar products
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and following up with customers
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
