We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant specializing in Doors and Closets to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both inside the store and through outside sales appointments.
• Communication with clients to understand their needs related to doors, closets and lighting.
• Demonstrate products effectively, including product demos of doors, closet systems, lighting fixtures, and accessories
• Provide expert advice on company processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing, upsell premium features or additional products, and close sales efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards
• Manage account relationships through ongoing communication, ensuring repeat business and referrals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales industry
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing and upselling techniques
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
• Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
• Technical proficiency with POS systems, basic math skills for retail math calculations, and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for interior design and high-end sales environments
