Jewelry Sales Associate / Client Advisor (Luxury Retail) Moses Jewelers San Antonio, TX Pay: $16 $25 per hour + performance bonuses Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays and Saturdays Moses Jewelers is looking for a Client Advisor / Jewelry Sales Associate to join our growing team in San Antonio. This role focuses on creating an exceptional client experience while assisting customers with fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom jewelry design, repairs, and luxury timepieces. At Moses Jewelers, we help clients celebrate some of the most meaningful moments in their livesfrom engagements and weddings to heirloom repairs and custom-designed pieces. If you enjoy working with people, appreciate craftsmanship, and want to build long-term relationships with clients, we would love to meet you. No jewelry experience is required. We will train the right candidate. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients visiting the store
• Assist clients with fine jewelry purchases, engagement rings, and luxury pieces
• Guide clients through the custom jewelry design process
• Perform jewelry repair intake, watch repair intake, and appraisal intake
• Follow up with clients regarding orders, approvals, and repairs
• Use basic office computer systems to enter orders, communicate with clients, and track projects
• Maintain organized showcases and professional jewelry displays
• Assist with gold buying and jewelry evaluations
• Work with internal team members to ensure custom projects move smoothly through production

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using basic office computer programs
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and reliable
• Retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
