Maximal Management is a growing sales and consulting firm that helps major brands expand through direct customer engagement and community outreach. Our team focuses on building strong relationships with customers while increasing awareness of AT&T; wireless services through professional, face-to-face outreach and sales conversations. We are currently hiring a bilingual Customer Outreach Representative to support our expanding outreach and sales initiatives. The Customer Outreach Representative plays an important role in connecting with customers, sharing information about AT&T; wireless plans, and helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will focus on customer conversations, consistent outreach, and delivering a positive customer experience. Duties

:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, introducing AT&T; wireless solutions.
• Conduct customer-facing outreach to generate interest and drive sales.
• Build trust quickly and convert conversations into lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve and surpass outreach and sales quotas with consistency.
• Strategize daily to maximize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with teammates to sharpen outreach techniques and share victories.
