Sales Representative Miami Scaffold Rental is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer- focused Sales Representative to help grow our business and build long-lasting relationships with contractors and clients throughout South Florida. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions. Previous sales experience is preferred but not requiredwe provide training through a 12 week shadowing program for motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Visit customer offices and job sites using a company-provided vehicle
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate with office staff, warehouse personnel, and field operations
• Learn company products, scaffold systems, and rental procedures
• Use QuickBooks and company systems as needed
• Represent Miami Scaffold Rental professionally at all times
• Meet sales goals and contribute to company growth

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver's license required
• Willingness to drive to customer and job site locations (company vehicle provided)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• QuickBooks knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Training &

Compensation

• 12 week paid shadowing/training program
• 2-month probationary period
• Base salary plus commission on every sale
