JOB SUMMARY Property Nation is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Investment Property Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is focused on helping property owners solve problems while negotiating and securing off-market real estate opportunities. We are looking for someone who can build trust quickly, ask the right questions, uncover motivation, and confidently guide sellers toward a decision. This is a professional sales role within a fast-growing real estate investment company. The ideal candidate is highly competitive, disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance-based compensation. What You'll Do

• Speak with motivated property owners
• Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
• Analyze opportunities
• Negotiate and secure purchase agreements
• Follow up relentlessly until a decision is made
• Work closely with Dispositions to maximize deal profitability Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years in acquisitions, wholesaling, real estate sales, or high-ticket sales
• Strong phone and negotiation skills
• Comfortable discussing creative finance and cash offers
• CRM disciplined
