Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and B2B (business-to-business) interactions to generate sales opportunities.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently to clients from diverse backgrounds, including multilingual customers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by nurturing leads, following up diligently, and leveraging CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for effective client management.
• Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and financing terms to close deals that satisfy both customer needs and dealership goals.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue per sale.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand while maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent customer service and public speaking engagements. Skills
• Proven experience in automotive or passenger car sales with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency.
• Demonstrated success in outside sales, outbound calling, retail sales, and B2B sales environments.
• Expertise in customer relationship building and client communication to foster trust and loyalty.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software and inventory management tools.
• Knowledge of automotive financing options, upselling techniques, and deal closing strategies within a dealership setting.
• Excellent phone etiquette, public speaking skills, and the ability to handle high-end sales situations confidently.
• Experience in automotive industry sales support roles including inventory control, retail math proficiency, and dealership operations management.
