Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a solid foundation in both customer service and agency operations. I'm a graduate of UMKC with a B.A. and a proud parent of two. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies and staying active at the gym. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Seek out and develop new business through lead generation and referrals.
• Explain insurance options in a clear and supportive way, recommending coverage that fits customer needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships with consistent outreach and personalized service.
• Keep records accurate and up to date while managing policy adjustments. QUALIFICATIONS:
