Are you passionate about the world of luxury scents, beauty, and helping people find their signature fragrance? Perfume Outlet is a brand-new perfume boutique opening soon at Vero Beach Outlets. We are building an energetic, customer-focused team from the ground up, and we want you to grow with us. As a Fragrance Consultant , you won't just be ringing up purchasesyou will guide customers through an immersive scent journey, sharing the stories and notes behind top global perfume brands. What You'll Do

:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an upscale, personalized shopping experience.
  • Share product knowledge regarding scent profiles, fragrance notes (floral, woody, fresh), and longevity.
  • Meet and exceed daily individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain a pristine, visually stunning showroom environment and assist with restocking luxury inventory.
  • Operate our user-friendly Point of Sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately. What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 1+ years in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality (beauty/cosmetics experience is a massive plus, but we will train the right personality!).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, a warm and outgoing personality, and a genuine enthusiasm for fragrance/beauty trends.
  • Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and peak shopping holidays.
