Overview

As a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent, you will educate Medicare beneficiaries on their healthcare coverage options, provide personalized plan recommendations, and guide clients through the enrollment process while maintaining full compliance with Medicare regulations. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential for driven sales professionals.

Responsibilities

Consult with Medicare-eligible clients to understand their healthcare needs. Educate clients on Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan options. Recommend plans that best fit each client's needs. Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS guidelines. Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-up and exceptional customer service. Meet individual sales and performance goals. Stay current on Medicare products, carrier updates, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

240 Active Health Insurance License or 215 Life and Health Insurance License. (Required) Medicare sales experience. (Required) AHIP certification 2027. (Required) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong work ethic and self-motivation. Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.
