We have more qualified buyer and seller leads coming in than agents to work them. That's the honest reason this position is open. Ethos International Real Estate is growing across San Diego's South Bay, and the leads are real. We run Zillow Preferred across Chula Vista, Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Imperial Beach, and the surrounding ZIPs, so the connections are already flowing every month. This isn't a place to hang your license and figure it out alone. It's a team that's already moving, and we're selective about who we bring on. Here's the bigger picture: we're already active across LA, Orange County, Riverside, and San Bernardino, and San Diego is our newest market. We also run in Alabama, with Zillow Preferred leads flowing there too. This is a real, growing operation, and the South Bay is where we're building next. A straight word on pay: this is a commission role, not a salary. No base, no hourly. You're a 1099 agent and you earn your split on the deals you close. If you want a steady paycheck just for showing up, this isn't the fit. If you want serious buyer opportunities and a team that helps you convert them, keep reading. What the role looks like: - Respond to new leads quickly and follow up by call, text, and email. - Run buyer consultations that build trust and set clear expectations. - Keep clean notes, tasks, and stages in Follow Up Boss. - Nurture buyers and sellers on their timeline, whether that's now, six months, or longer. Who we're looking for: - Active California real estate license, or close to getting one. - Local to the San Diego South Bay and ready to work online leads seriously. - Coachable, accountable, and hungry.
