• Build genuine connections with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs
• Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery and follow-up
• Present and demonstrate vehicles in a confident, professional, and customer-focused way
• Work toward and consistently meet or exceed dealership sales goals
• Maintain strong follow-up and utilize CRM tools to manage your pipeline
• Assist with vehicle selection, options, and financing steps as needed
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Support delivery and registration process for sold vehicles
• Proactively generate business through referrals and follow-up
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards by delivering a high-quality experience
• Stay engaged in training and continuously develop your skills
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards Basic qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Additional education (Associate, Bachelor's, or higher) is a plus, but not required
• Automotive prior sales and/or customer service experience desired. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,592.66 - $100,000.00 per year
