What You'll Do

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Follow up with internet leads, referrals and existing prospects
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
• Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Build long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate notes in our CRM
• Meet monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Deliver outstanding customer service before and after the sale What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish (Required) Active Texas Property & Casualty License (Preferred) If not licensed, willingness to obtain your license quickly Sales, customer service, retail, banking, or call center experience preferred Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable making phone calls and asking for the sale Coachable and eager to learn Professional appearance and communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented What We Offer

Compensation

• Starting Salary: $30,000 per year + Monthly Commissions + Performance Bonuses
