Future Innovations is a business consulting firm that delivers results. We're seeking an Entry Level Account Manager for AT&T; Fiber in San Antonio. The Entry Level Account Manager leads their sales account team, supports customers, and ensures smooth fiber installations; all while developing their management skills. As an Entry level Account Manager, you'll participate in comprehensive training to build your skills in customer engagement, account oversight, and leadership. The Entry Level Account Manager works face-to-face with San Antonio families, helping them understand and adopt AT&T; Fiber solutions.

Key Responsibilities

of the Entry level Account Manager

• Manage and support customer accounts by guiding San Antonio residents through available AT&T; Fiber service options and assisting with the enrollment process.
• Build relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions, helping them understand the benefits of upgrading to reliable fiber internet for their homes.
• Oversee account activity from initial enrollment through service setup, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to confirm installation scheduling and maintain accurate account updates.
• Promote AT&T; Fiber services in the community by educating residents on features such as speed, stability, and whole-home Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Maintain organized records of customer accounts, territory updates, and daily outreach efforts.
• Support team operations by helping maintain a professional environment while developing leadership and account management skills.

Minimum Qualifications

of the Entry level Account Manager

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in leadership or management is a plus but not required since we do provide training!
• Brings strong followthrough and a positive attitude to daily operations.
• Driven to grow into leadership while helping families upgrade to AT&T; Fiber. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,700.00 per month
