• Prospect and engage new clients through calls and emails
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Understand client shipping needs and position solutions
• Hit clear, measurable performance targets
• Track activity and pipeline in internal systems What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field required)
• Competitive, results-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable and quick to apply feedback
• Comfortable working toward daily and weekly targets
