Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role provides administrative and operational support to the sales team while helping ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and track customer requests and sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Enter and update information in company databases and systems.
• Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and sales materials.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other team activities.
• Work with internal departments to support customer needs and business operations.
• Help maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred
• Experience using CRM or business softwares
