Job Summary

As a Car Sales Representative, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, present and demonstrate our diverse range of vehicles, and close sales effectively. Your expertise in the automotive industry and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key to achieving your sales goals and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively answer customer inquiries.
• Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a positive and transparent experience.
• Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate vehicle pricing and trade-in values, prepare sales contracts, and complete necessary paperwork while adhering to dealership policies and legal requirements.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, finance department, and service department to ensure a seamless customer experience. Experience
• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in Automotive Sales.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
• Experience with operating a CRM system to track sales activities and manage customer data.
• Experience in effectively communicating product benefits and features to customers.
• Upselling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Experience working collaboratively with other team members, such as marketing or product development.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
