Requirements

:

• Minimum two years of documented B2C high-ticket sales experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Proven track record closing programs valued at $3,000 or above
• Professional communication capabilities for phone and video conferencing
• Employment stability (maximum three positions within previous five years)
• Schedule Parameters: This position operates on a three-week rotating schedule encompassing evenings and weekends, with calendar availability averaging 50 hours weekly. Actual working hours remain within standard 40-hour parameters.

Compensation

Structure:

• Base salary of $36,000 with commission rates of 9.40% (PIM) and 5.29% (NPIM). Current directors average $98,000-$106,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $129,000.

• Hours: Your Schedule (MST):
• MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
• You'll work a 5-day schedule , never more than five days in a row , with two consecutive days off each week.
• You'll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls. You'll typically have 2535 hours of booked talk time per week , each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers. When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay
• reachable within 5 minutes
• during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours. Director #ZR
