Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-oriented Technical Service Engineer with direct experience in the golf cart industry. This position is responsible for providing technical support, diagnostics, training, and after-sales service to our dealer network. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of golf cart programming systems , the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose low-speed vehicle issues, and experience in filing and managing warranty claims. You will also be responsible for training dealers on how to use programmer tools , enhancing service quality, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who is not only technically competent but also possesses excellent communication and service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and diagnostic services for golf cart systems.
• Work closely with dealers to troubleshoot vehicle issues and provide timely solutions.
• Deliver hands-on training to dealers on how to use golf cart programming tools effectively.
• Handle and process warranty claims, including documentation and follow-up.
• Develop after-sales processes and improve service procedures.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare technical reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, sales, production) to solve field issues.
• Act as a service advisor and technical liaison for dealers and clients. Job

Requirements

• Proven experience in the golf cart industry (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Hands-on experience with golf cart programmer tools
• Strong vehicle diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in filing warranty claims and communicating with warranty departments.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for on-site dealer support and training. Soft Skills & Growth Potential
