Job Description

:

• Supports all sales activities of the International Sales Associate to achieve total customer satisfaction. Must be able to perform sales associate duties when they are not available or in the office.
• Sustains rapport with customers servicing existing accounts, makes regular phone calls and send emails to customers to keep in touch with them, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Calling on new and existing customers to ascertain needs and ensure contact information is accurate and updated in the CRM.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily calls and weekly work plans.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and realizes any other related activities assigned by the administration. Possesses excellent English proficiency and applies excellent customer service.
• Identify new sales prospects using available database, sales leads and online resources.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Maintain and grow a few smaller accounts while learning the business.
• These accounts will be provided. Handle all projects as assigned by Management. Skills and Specifications Exceptional verbal ,written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Phone skills. Persuasive, firm, but tactful, well-mannered and a good negotiator Sensitive to the customers' needs and requirements Competitive and driven Professional Appearance Experience and Education 1 Yr previous sales experience Required Previous Experience in B2B Sales, Telemarketing in the Mobile Industry a Plus. Basic MS Office Knowledge: computer software and internet proficiency. Bilingual a Plus. Knowledge of CRM Applications.
