We are currently seeking an Appliance Sales Representative. You will receive a highly competitive salary plus commission, profit sharing and a 401K matching program, as well as a great benefit plan for medical, dental, and short and long term disability. We provide a great work environment, no high pressure cold calling and a very comprehensive training and mentoring program for Yale team members. No late hours, no holidays, and only 1 weekend day per week required (plus a weekday off!) We are currently seeking applicants in our Hanover location but open to candidates interested in Dorchester location as well. Responsibilities

:

• Aid customers in locating and purchasing merchandise in store, on [please apply online] as well as, processing special orders via phone or in person
• Ensure each customer receives outstanding service by Yale standards
• Execute daily operational, sales goals and priorities assigned by store management We anticipate the first year income to be between 85k-100k, 2nd year income to be between $125k-$200k, and 3rd year income to be between $150k-$300k+.

Qualifications

• Desire and interest in home design and trends
• Background in sales a plus
• 1-3 years' experience working with customers face to face preferred
