Then the Sales & Marketing Associate matches them to Verizon cell phones and data plans that respect their specific circumstances. As a Sales & Marketing Associate, your training will make you a market insider who understands Verizon's solutions and the customers who need them. The Sales & Marketing Associate learns how to read the market, identify customer needs, and position Verizon's plans as the best choice. Then you'll work with them in person, using your market and sales knowledge to connect them with the right plans. Core Functions of the Sales & Marketing Associate

• Execute sales and marketing efforts in person that introduce Verizon's products and services to our customers seeking reliable mobile connectivity.
• Create engaging in-person customer experiences by demonstrating smartphone features, wireless capabilities, and everyday technology solutions.
• Identify customer priorities to recommend wireless plans, connected devices, and mobile services that align with individual lifestyles.
• Support marketing and sales promotions by helping customers evaluate service options and complete account enrollments with confidence.
• Encourage customer participation in promotional campaigns through informative conversations centered on wireless value and performance.
• Monitor customer responses to marketing initiatives and share insights that strengthen future campaign execution. Preferred Skills for the Sales & Marketing Associate
