Description Aesthetic Roofing is a growing residential roofing company serving northern Utah, from Park City to Ogden. As the business shifts to a retail- focused model, we are hiring a Sales Leader to build, coach, and drive a high- performing sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop closers, hold a team accountable, and own the number.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential roofing sales reps and closers
• Own the sales number: set targets, track pipeline, and drive consistent results
• Build and refine the sales process, from lead to close, for a retail roofing model
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent as the team scales
• Run sales meetings, ride-alongs, and one-on-ones that raise close rates
• Manage commission and performance-based compensation to reward top performers
• Partner with ownership on strategy, forecasting, and market growth Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in roofing, home improvement, or home services
• Proven track record of building and scaling a sales team that hits aggressive targets
• Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing salespeople
• Experience managing commission-based or performance-heavy compensation structures
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability, retail sales environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must pass a background check We Offer
