Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Route Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a designated route/territory, delivering products, and providing exceptional customer service. Based in North Platte and servicing our customers in the Central & Western Nebraska territory. Customers include grocery, c-store, liquor stores, smoke shops, and other independent locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive along assigned routes to sell and deliver products to customers in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding product offerings, promotions, and pricing.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during each visit.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions via company communication tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while adhering to safety regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on route driving being a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory levels.
• Ability to upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
