Job Summary

North Park Subaru, the #1 Subaru Retail Dealer in Texas is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers both in-person, through emails, and via inbound/ outbound calls to promote our vehicle inventory and build relationships. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, upselling products, and supporting dealership growth through strategic marketing and inventory management.

Duties

• In this position, you will walk clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership.
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles and financing options.
• Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and follow up effectively.
• Negotiate deals with customers to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current inventory levels, vehicle features, and market trends.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations through product walk arounds and effective communication techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to ownership
• Assist in organizing dealership events or promotional activities to increase visibility and sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing and deal structuring.
• Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients and maintaining detailed records.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
