Compensation

package includes:

• 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. For each one (1) year of service, full-time team members will receive an additional 8 hours of PTO, with a maximum PTO accrual of 200 hours.

What You'll Do

As our Sales Engineer, you'll use excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to:

• Collaborate effectively and enjoyably with the sales and support teams
• Identify potential new A&D; customers that are a good fit for our machining services
• Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships
• Obtain initial and repeat orders for machined parts from customers

• Technical experience in the machining and/or mechanical engineering industries
