Job Summary

USA Impact Windows & Doors is seeking motivated, energetic, and outgoing Field Marketing Specialists to join our fast-growing home improvement team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand in local neighborhoods, engaging directly with homeowners, answering questions, and generating high-quality leads for our premier impact window and door solutions. If you are a self-starter who loves meeting new people, working independently, and driving brand awareness, this performance-based opportunity offers exceptional earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Represent the company directly in local markets through neighborhood canvassing and community outreach.
• Lead Generation: Initiate friendly, informative conversations with homeowners to identify their needs and schedule appointments for our team.
• Brand Advocacy: Educate the public on the safety, energy efficiency, and value of impact windows and doors.
• Team Coordination: Send real-time lead updates and communication to the team chat while out in the field.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily or weekly lead generation and appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications

& Skills

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking openly with homeowners.
• Proactive Mindset: Highly motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a field environment.
• Resilience: Positive attitude with a strong ability to handle objections professionally and enthusiastically.
• Experience: Experience in canvassing, customer service, hospitality, or public-facing roles is a plus, but not required.

• Earning Potential: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week.
