The Role We're searching for a charismatic, emotionally intelligent sales professional who thrives on connection, creativity, and results. You'll spend your day on the phone speaking to high-intent inbound leadspeople who have already expressed interest through social media and other digital platforms. Your job: build rapport, uncover needs, and guide them to the right SA Laser solutionwhether that's equipment, training, or a subscription package. This is not a script-driven role. It's for someone who reads people well, adapts quickly, and knows how to connect in a way that feels natural, collaborative, and confident.

What You'll Do

• Conduct daily discovery calls with inbound leads from Meta and other platforms
• Build rapport fastunderstand buyer motivations and guide them to the best-fit solution
• Sell equipment , training programs , and monthly service subscriptions
• Prospect occasionallyespecially when volume is low or you smell opportunity
• Manage pipeline, follow up consistently, and close sales with clarity and professionalism
• Help improve our process through feedback and intuition
• Operate in a results-first , entrepreneurial environment with performance-based pay

• Highly emotionally intelligent you read people fast and adjust accordingly
• Understand the collaborative sales process (not a high-pressure closer)

• Quick learner with a strong work ethichungry and self-directed
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services in price-sensitive markets is a strong plus
• Comfortable with CRM systems and working in a structured pipeline

Compensation

• Base + Commission
• Top performers can earn $75K+ annually
