Customer Care Representative Job

Overview

In the role of a Customer Care representative you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers. You will coordinate incoming online leads and telephone requests to make appointments for the sales team. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the number of leads that you convert to appointments and actual sales. BDC Representative Job

• Answers phones and online inquiries
• Walk around/Personalized videos w/ content
• Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with no-shows
• Greets customers in a professional manner and introduces them to a Product Specialist
• Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions BDC Representative Job

Requirements

• Proven ability in sales
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Quick learner who is highly organized
• Proficient with MS Office
• Must be personable and team player
• Must be comfortable sending personalized/walk around videos to guests This position is located at Berge Mazda VW in Gilbert, AZ - This is NOT a remote position.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SOME EVENINGS AND SATURDAY'S Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,546.00 - $5,500.00 per month
